As the Operations Manager, Cody’s primary role is to ensure that all operations within Next ERA run smoothly. He works alongside all employees and programs to develop long-term operational strategies to maximize productivity and performance. Other responsibilities for Cody include leading negotiations, budgeting, purchasing, and implementing efficient workflows.

 

Before Next ERA, Cody worked for a custom home builder, where he managed all marketing functions, emphasizing developing the company brand and expanding the customer base. He also worked for a company specializing in commercial dishwashing and cleaning products, where he was responsible for managing service and sales for a specific territory.

 

Outside of the office, Cody likes to harness his competitive edge on the golf course. During his collegiate baseball career at Illinois State University, Cody graduated with his B.A. in Organizational and Leadership Communication.
